Love it! We recently stayed at this luxury hotel in Whistler and it exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the manager, Evan Puzar, who went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. He kindly upgraded us to a suite, which was beautifully appointed with everything we needed. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing excellent customer service. The hotel also offers a convenient shuttle service to the village and nearby attractions. The spa facilities were top-notch, with a steam room and pool that helped us relax after a long day. we had a pleasant experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

A newly remodelled hotel, we had a such wonderful stay. The overall atmosphere was family, yet some staff members were very unhelpful. Lots of food for breakfast, which was delicious to satisfy everyone.
The setting was not great.
